just had my oil changed on Friday. Staff was polite. I thought they were thorough after Doing what they call the safety check; however, I guess that safety check was just to provide a marketing gimmick. Unfortunately, they did not Attach my skid plate properly, which is now ripped. Also, the screws that were placed on my skid plate aren't even screwed down properly. I am Able to unscrew them with my hand. because of them parts of my vehicle or damaged. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

Deshar provided outstanding service today! He took the time to walk me through everything with my car, explained everything clearly, and got me an incredible quote. He made the entire process easy and helped me get everything taken care of. My car is driving so much smoother, and I saved a lot of money thanks to his honesty and expertise. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend working with Deshar!

I have been going to Take 5 for years. The people there are always friendly and professional. I just recently went to Take 5 for an oil change and they were able to do it in a matter of minutes. They also replaced a bad windshield wiper, topped off my wiper fluid, and topped off my tire pressure. It was all for a great price too! I would highly recommend Take 5 to anyone!

I came in for an inspection and ended up waiting around 45 minutes. After all that time, they told me they weren’t going to perform the inspection. This is unacceptable—customers should be informed right away, not after a long wait. On top of that, they didn’t even clean my windshield, which is a basic service you’d expect. The staff seemed unprofessional, and the overall experience was frustrating.
